What a regular yard visit looks like
For homes where pets use the yard and you would rather spend your time out there than clean it up.
- 01
The whole yard, not just the middle
B.P. Foley comes on the days you pick and walks the yard for every pile. That means the fence line, the side yard, behind the shrubs, and the corner by the gate, not just the open grass you can see from the porch. Old, dried piles that have been sitting a while get picked up along with the fresh ones.
- 02
Bagged and gone
Waste goes from the rake to the pan to a bag, and the bag goes into the cooler on the back of his SUV. It leaves your property when he does. You are not left with a bag in your trash can or a smell by the side of the house.
- 03
A text when the yard is done
When the yard is finished, you get a text. You know the grass is clear before the kids or the dogs head back out. When you set up service, mention the gate, the latch, or anything else B.P. should know to get in and out.
- 04
Picking one, two, or three visits
The right number of visits depends on your dogs and your yard. One small dog on a big lawn may only need a weekly visit. Two big dogs in a small back yard fill it up fast, and a yard the family uses every day may be worth two or three. There is no contract, so you are not locked into the number you start with.
- 05
Why it should not wait
Dog waste is not fertilizer. Left on the lawn it can burn and discolor the grass, draw flies, and smell worse each day it sits. B.P. put it simply on Facebook: later turns into never. Regular visits stop the build-up, and a pickup before mowing day keeps the mower from throwing anything across the yard.

Common questions
Residential Pet Waste Removal questions
Call or text B.P. if you have a question about your yard or property.
How often can you come?
Regular service runs one, two, or three visits a week. Pick the schedule that fits how much your yard or pet area gets used.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Pooper Scooper '09 does not use contracts.
What does "Pick Up, Spray, and Take Away" mean?
It is the visit in three steps: pet waste is picked up, yard deodorizing is sprayed on the spots pets use most when you add it, and the waste is taken away with us.
Can I add yard deodorizing to regular pickup?
Yes. Yard deodorizing pairs with residential or commercial pet waste removal. Mention it when you call or text.
Do you let me know when the yard is done?
Yes. You get a text when the job is complete, so you know the yard is clear before anyone heads outside.
Who comes to my yard?
B.P. Foley, the owner. Pooper Scooper '09 is a one-person business, so you see the same person on every visit.
How many dogs can you handle?
Pooper Scooper '09 cleans up after dogs of all sizes, one dog or several. Mention how many dogs use the yard when you call or text.
Do you pick up old, dried waste too?
Yes. Old piles, including the white, dried-out ones, get picked up along with the fresh ones.
Isn't dog poop good for the grass?
No. It is a common myth. Left in the yard, dog waste can burn and discolor grass, draw flies and other pests, spread bacteria and parasites, and smell worse the longer it sits.
Should I schedule a visit before the lawn gets mowed?
It helps. A visit before mowing day means your lawn crew is not dodging piles, and nothing gets thrown across the yard by the mower.
